1. Seller and purpose
The Santa's Gallery website is operated by [FULL NAME OR COMPANY NAME], [LEGAL STATUS], [FULL ADDRESS], SIRET [SIRET NUMBER], who can be contacted at santasgallery@outlook.com (“the Seller”). These terms govern all sales made on the website with a consumer customer (“the Customer”). Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Products
Products (Christmas decorations, lights, tableware and clothing) are described with the greatest care. Photos are for illustration purposes: slight differences in color or size may occur. Offers are valid while our suppliers' stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you and refund you without delay.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros including all taxes [OR: “VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code”], excluding shipping costs. For visitors outside the euro zone, a converted price may be displayed for information. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be payable by the Customer.
4. Orders
The Customer selects items, checks the order summary, then confirms the order by proceeding to payment. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent.
5. Payment
Payment is made by bank card or by the other methods offered at checkout, over a secure connection. The order is final once payment has been approved. The Seller never has access to the Customer's full payment details.
6. Shipping
Items are shipped from our partner suppliers' warehouses. Destinations, estimated delivery times and rates are shown on the Shipping page. A tracking number is sent as soon as the order ships.
“Delivered or refunded” guarantee: if the order has not arrived 2 months (60 days) after the order date, the Seller refunds the Customer in full (items and shipping costs) on simple request, within 14 days. This guarantee is in addition to the rights provided by articles L.216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code: if the stated delivery time is exceeded, the Customer may, after asking the Seller to deliver within a reasonable additional period, cancel the contract and obtain a refund of the amounts paid.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving any reason. The procedure and model form are on the Returns & refunds page. The refund is issued within 14 days of withdrawal and may be withheld until the items or proof of their return shipment are received. Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer.
8. Legal warranties
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and by the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defect, the Customer may obtain repair or replacement of the item or, failing that, a price reduction or a refund.
9. Liability
Light-up and electrical decorations must be used in accordance with their instructions; only items labeled “outdoor” or with a suitable protection rating may be installed outside. The Seller cannot be held liable for improper use.

11. Governing law, mediation and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of difficulty, the Customer is invited to contact customer service first. If no agreement is reached, the Customer may use the consumer mediator listed in the legal notice free of charge. These provisions do not deprive Customers residing in another country of the protection granted by the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
