14 days to change your mind
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
How to return an item
- Email us at santasgallery@outlook.com with your order number and the items concerned. You can also use the model form below.
- We reply within 48 business hours with the return address and instructions.
- Send the items back within 14 days of your request, complete, unused and, if possible, in their original packaging. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered: in that case, we cover them.
Condition of items
Items must be returned in good condition. An item that has been worn, washed or damaged beyond what is needed to try it may be subject to a deduction reflecting its loss of value (article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code).
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the order no later than 14 days after your withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or proof that they have been sent back. The refund covers the item prices and the original shipping costs, based on the standard rate.
Defective, damaged or non-conforming item
Send a photo to santasgallery@outlook.com, ideally within 7 days of delivery: we will offer a free replacement or refund. In all cases you benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Order not received: delivered or refunded
If your order has not arrived 2 months (60 days) after your order date, we refund you in full, including item prices and shipping costs, on simple request by email. Details on our Shipping page.
