When will I receive my order?
Allow 1 to 3 business days for processing, then 8 to 20 business days for France and the European Union, or 10 to 25 business days for other countries. Full details are on our Shipping page. To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by the end of November.
What if my order never arrives?
If your order has not arrived 2 months (60 days) after your order date, we refund you in full, including items and shipping costs. Just email us with your order number.
How much does shipping cost?
France: €7.99 (express: €10.99). European Union: €22. Other countries: €29. The exact amount is shown before payment.
How can I track my parcel?
You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to activate.
Why is my order arriving in several parcels?
Our items ship directly from our different suppliers' warehouses, so an order with several items may be delivered in more than one parcel.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery. See Returns & refunds.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are encrypted and processed by certified providers; we never see your card number.
Can the string lights be used outdoors?
Only products labeled “outdoor” or with a protection rating (IP44 or higher) are designed for outdoor use. Please check the product page.
How do I choose the right size for pajamas or sweaters?
Each clothing page includes a size guide. If in doubt, size up or write to us.
My order arrived damaged – what should I do?
Send a photo to santasgallery@outlook.com, ideally within 7 days: we will offer a free replacement or refund.
